CIESPAL has an Event Center that is responsible for the operation of rooms, classes and auditorium to organize various meetings and events in comfortable spaces with the support of state-of-the-art-technology. Each one of the rooms can be equipped according to the clients’ needs and the type of meeting planned. Additionally, the Events Center has an arrangement to offer first quality catering service.

The Jorge and Carlos Mantilla Ortega Auditorium is equipped with 110 microphones, stage, podium, wide screen (movie type) for projection, booth with audio and simultaneous interpretation equipment, booth with a capacity for four simultaneous interpreters and several emergency exits. It also has a foyer with 16 leather armchairs and a reception lobby.<7

The Eugenio Espejo room can be divided into 3 smaller salons.
