It is the grand hall of the university, occasionally used for academic events hosted by other institutions. It was conceived for academic and cultural activities, and has working modules for 165 persons and 80 additional seats. It has a series of paintings under the title “The innumerable man of the Andes”, made by Boanerges Mideros, it portrays the university as a unit among diversity. The windows were decorated by Patricio Leon using stained glass and inspired in Andean flags. Next to the auditorium there is a social room, where university receptions are held in this site and a “canelazo” is served every afternoon.
